02:10 - Understanding that difficult problems don't get resolved easily, they are not happening and they are not changing with safe and easy conversations. There has to be a willingness to be open.

07:16 - We don't want to be uncomfortable. I don't ever want to be in a space where there`s strain or pain, but I also recognize that without that natural tension we are not able to grow.
